Direct PCR offers the advantage of specific DNA amplification directly from animal or plant tissues without the need of time consuming and laborious DNA isolation. Just use our lysis buffer for tissue disintegration and our 2× Identity PCR Master Mixes.
The 2x Identity master mixes in combination with the rapid tissue lysis buffer are suitable for food analysis, genotyping, GMO testing and animal or plant analysis. The Identity master mixes are designed for robust amplification despite the presence of PCR inhibitors often found in crude samples. The different master mixes are either suited for conventional PCR as well as probe or dye based qPCR or for direct gel loading after PCR. Thus, our direct PCR provides a fast, easy and robust system for DNA testing.
